Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2019

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 6 May 2019, declared a dividend of € 1.40 per (depositary receipt of) ordinary share with a nominal value of € 0.25 for the 2018 financial year.

The dividend will be paid in cash, to be charged to the reserves. The dividend will be payable on 13 May 2019.
