How we manage risk
Our risk management policy and all current and potential risks are regularly reviewed and discussed by the Executive, Management, and Supervisory Boards as well as the Audit Committee in the framework of a robust risk-management model.
Effective risk management calls for transparency and TKH is committed to an open culture in which employees can openly discuss any issues, challenges, or abuses. Our Whistleblower Procedure provides an official process through which employees can raise concerns. We are also receptive to the perspectives of external parties, who may report any concerns they may have to our Group Compliance Officer.
