Our approach to sustainable innovation is guided by six UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). With over 70% of our total turnover related to at least one of these goals, we are focusing on the areas in which we can have the greatest positive impact. At the same time, we are supporting our customers in meeting their own sustainability ambitions.

Our Leadership

TKH operates under the guidance of the two-tier entity regime. The Executive Board is responsible for the overall management of the company and is in turn overseen by the Supervisory Board. The two boards are responsible for the governance structure and also ensure we remain compliant with the Dutch Corporate Governance Code, which firmly commits us to the principles of integrity, responsibility, and transparency.
