Change of Chairman Supervisory Board

Mr. Oosterveer, currently member of the Supervisory Board, has been appointed as Chairman of the Supervisory Board to succeed Mr. Van Iperen. 

Mr. Van Iperen has requested to step down from his position as Chairman of the Supervisory Board due to health reasons. Mr. Van Iperen will continue as Supervisory Board member and, as originally planned, will step down according to the applicable schedule of retirement, reaching the maximum term of office, at the end of the 2024 AGM.
